I told the person I need 2 Wi-Fi pods as that is what I was told originally. And all he kept saying was he could only order 1 at a time. How stupid is that. I have a 3 story house and was told to put 1 on each floor. Virgin don’t listen. I can’t get WiFi again at moment and posting this on my 4g. Engineer came out, tbf really helpful. He said we shouldn’t have put up with the poor coverage for so long. He reconnected the WiFi pods and said they should connect soon. But they still haven’t, and are just flashing constantly. I’m sick of this sub performance from virgin. I am contemplating leaving for BT as they claim to have WiFi that actually is fit for purpose. Virgin are great at advertising how fast and stable WiFi is. Prove it!!203Views0likes5Comments
