ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: 360 Box Hi I updated to 360 box 6 weeks ago I am 74 just took a little thinking on using the main layout it is different to TiVo but I have got used to it pretty quickly I find the most annoying thing is it doesn’t show 1st aired date and doesn’t show if a repeat program sometimes it’s say new but thats all. Also the TV guide is ok but the TiVo one was better I think but i am ok with it now. it’s a learning curve but you will manage ok. I can’t get any help from virgin media Hi my 360 box has continuous pixel breakup also sound breakup on all channels we cannot watch anything tried all virgin media phone numbers that’s a joke round and round in circles then it says goodbye how do I get help to sort this problem which I am paying for and can’t use please. I am in NG10 area when I tried to check for issues on status it does not recognise my name or phone but then does and says goodbye. Thanks Re: Question re new contract Thank you negotiate again then. Thanks again GL22 Question re new contract Hi I have just gone to update my old TiVo box to 360 contract is 24 months being delivered Friday my query is after 2 yr the price shoots up quite a lot so do I have to negotiate again for a good deal which would mean another 2 yr contract.
