Not a single email sent to me during that period has arrived, yet the tests I sent from elsewhere were not reported undelivered. This is really irritating, I'd ordered a gift card that I've now got the hassle of contacting one of these uncontactable 3rd party firms about, no doubt wasting 2hrs of my day. I don't get a rejection email so hopefully everything is backing up and will evntually come through if and when Virgin decide to fix this. Is there a way to log a case with this? Every time there has been some kind of email issue like this in the past and I call up, I have someone outside of the UK telling me I don't know how to use a computer and asking if they can have access to my email to prove I'm too thick to log in properly. Re: NTLWorld loss of service Just happened to me on my ntlworld and virginmedia accounts, both now totally unavailable to send or receive. I've been with Virgin 20+yrs and never missed a payment. They were working just fine a couple of hours ago. It suggests generating a new app password from my account settings but when I do that I get "something went wrong". Re: Hub 5 automatically switched OUT of modem mode This happened to me yesterday too, woke up no internet, white light. Only fix was a factory reset and manual switch back to modem mode.
