There is no visible power switch on the hub, but I switched the power off at the wall last night and left it to cool down, but still red when I switched it back on, and quite hot to the touch this morning. I am 80 and not very tech savvy. And surely it shouldn't be hot....? Need new hub The light on my hub/router is now red and it is hot to the touch. I understand this means it needs replacing. How do I get this done? Solved
