Nearly 5 months now without receiving the activation email. Am i within my rights to cancel the contract as VM have broken their contract. Also can I claim back the 5x monthly fee for not having Netflix as part of my package?
My first new bill was dated 8th July so I guess it was within 30 days before that.I used to have the VM sim but I would have expected that to have been automatically cancelled when the new contract was took out?
