Error Code: FSB50 My other Windows computer works with Sky Sports and I have never had problems before, so what is going on, it is irritating? Many thanks Re: £33 a month difference in renewal offers I always call Sat or Sun morning when they are quieter and follow the menu options to leave, that way you'll get through to Retentions, who can really offer better deals. A good friendly, but firm chat spelling out what you are reasonably willing to pay and a bit of give and take, seems to pay dividends. If not, try emailing ResolutionsTeam@virginmedia.co.uk spelling out the same along with your account number. They try to find a resolution usually within 24 to 48 hours. Good luck
