Stream Remote Fire Tv compatibility
Not sure if Stream remote is faulty or its just a compatibility issue with JVC fire TV. Everything works as it should with one exception, the red power button in the top right! The red power button works via bluetooth to power on the streambox, however, when you press it, it also sends an infrared signal out which the Fire TV interprets as wanting to load Pluto TV (fire tv app not stream app) resulting in us having to reselect HDMI1 to get back to Stream. I have figured out a work around, cover the infra red sender on the stream remote when pressing the red power button on the top right of the remote, but surely this shouldnt be happening in the first place?? Perhaps a Firmware update for the remote is required to stop it sending the IR signal at same time as the bluetooth signal??813Views0likes3Comments
