Each time I get through and choose an option to report, it asks me to choose further options that makes no sense to be honest! Think I will wait for a VM staff member to pick this up and help....... However, I can't work out which option it is when calling and each time I do choose one, the waiting times are very long! I know it costs to do this and I need it done in the next couple of weeks. Can someone help me? Will it get picked up from here? Thanks!!!!
