My contract with Virgin is now ended but I am being chased for payment of an inaccurate bill and unable to communicate with anyone capable of understanding that I will only pay following receipt of an itemised and ACCURATE bill in full and final settlement. The system seems incapable of processing the that that I am no longer a customer. I have resorted to writing to the CEO (to make sure notice was registered - and BTW, not even an acknowledgement of my issues) and to the CFO. Every email address I've tried is either 'no-reply' or 'not monitored'. I need to communicate in writing AND GET A PROPER RESPONSE. HOW??? Re: Email Issues I've had 6 months of VM being incapable of sending e-bills to the correct address. Then, last Thursday, I too had "server unreachable" when Outlook tried to sync my ...@virginmedia.com main address. After a VERY LONG time on the phone with a VM IT technician, the end result was that I can no longer use my VM main address to log in to my account. They also did something to my initial 3rd party email address which is now also unusable in VM. I now have to log in using another, unrelated 3rd party address with a password VM gave me and which I am unable to change so I believe my account is no longer secure. I currently have a full multi-package with VM. I am now in the process of changing ALL my contacts to a brand new outlook email account and as soon as that is complete, I shall dump this incompetent useless company and go to the provider I am currently negotiating with. VM incompetence re bills and emailing them to correct address 3 months since taking over my late husband's account and VM STILL incapable of sending e-bills to to correct address. Not only that, but (a) they owe me a wedge of money which they claim can only be credited at a small amount per month for the next 13 months because "it's system-generated" and they have "no control over the system"; and (b) they can't explain the cost breakdown. What a load of garbage! I am now looking at other providers. Any recommendations? Solved
