Can't watch recordings on 360 box
I have two boxes - one works perfectly The other one, when trying to watch a recording, comes up with the message ....."Virgin TV is offline or not connecting. Turn it on to watch your recordings"..... Turn what on??? Rebooting has not resolved the issue. Annoyingly in the past 2 - 3 days recorded programmes freeze (buffering) accompanied by a message that begins "Your networks too busy....." I have rebooted box and checked connections - the problem persists... Any suggestions/help gratefully received479Views0likes1Comment
