They are now saying my main blueyonder.co.uk one does not exist though that has all account details. I have spent 3 hours on the phone so far in total since 7th November. 2 Lots of lies as they said server error and I had been hacked. Both untrue, I am currently undergoing medical treatment and am not supposed to have unnecessary stress but they are causing loads. Disgusting service. After nearly 2 hours on the phone I retrieved them but they used a generic password and failed to tell me not to change it for 24 hours. Just had to reboot my computer and now can't get in again. Virgin.net email I contacted virgin media about this a month ago and was told they didn't see a problem and now it has stopped working. 6 phone calls later still not working. Customer service are so unhelpful.
