These need to be deleted but if I try to do that I get this message: "Could not delete folder. This can be due to insufficient permissions in your trash folder or this might be a special folder that cannot be deleted." The folders look like this: Until I can delete them in VM they won't go away in Outlook. Help please. Mastersnapper Re: Server error: '453 4.1.1 Too many recipients using Outlook. Exactly?? And VM support staff haven't been able to help either 😞 Re: Server error: '453 4.1.1 Too many recipients using Outlook. Hi, No, the issue seems to only be happening when I try to send using Outlook, Webmail is fine Re: Server error: '453 4.1.1 Too many recipients using Outlook. That's fair enough BUT, I Chair a Camera Club and sent 2 emails yesterday to about 60 people and then got the error message. Its rediculous I am being locked out for such a trivial number of emails. Server error: '453 4.1.1 Too many recipients using Outlook. Help!!! I have spent hours on the phone to VM and also to Gadget Recue who VM suggested I signed up to for £9.99 a week. Those hours have been a waste of time and I am feeling it may be time to ditch my VM account having been with NTL and now VM for perhaps 20 years. Last week, I suddenly I couldn't send email from my Outlook account (on either PC or my phone). VM Webmail worked fine. The gadget rescue person suggested my IP had been blocked and he switched me to using a VPN which got round the issue for a few days. Now, I can't send emails to more than 1 person from Outlook on my PC or my phone. If there is more than 1 addressee, then the email gets stuck in my outbox. I get: Server error: '453 4.1.1 Too Many Recipients (VM502) How do I fix this please? Keith
