I’ve submitted another complaint and replied to the email, so I’ll see what happens first. Complaints I had to submit a complaint last week. Basically, whilst installing a neighbour’s services somebody sliced my cable apart. I was left without services for two days and when they eventually came to fix it they lifted garden flags - but didn’t put them back properly. The person I eventually spoke to on the phone said he would submit the complaint for me but I followed it up in writing. I’ve had nothing back from the original complaint that the person said he was submitting (surprisingly!) but have had something back from the one I put in writing. That response said to restart my hub, like I wouldn’t have thought of that - and my service is working again!! Nothing about the damage they caused, nothing about the loss of service, nothing about the inconvenience. They trusted that I would be satisfied! When I ring up the number they give me, I get through to the standard call centre. How do I speak to the mythical complaints resolution people? Sky sports+ on v6 I might be jumping the gun a bit on this but I’ve just checked the red button on channel 503 and it’s showing every game being available tonight - and the design of the list is very much like what I’ve seen advertised for 360. Maybe the update has happened? Unfortunately, that means I feel obliged to be ‘entertained’ by Preston North End tonight! Re: V6 Boxes and Sky Sports+ Frustrations I was at a game last night so couldn’t test the functionality on my V6 but if you press the red button on 508 and then info, you get the choice of games like last season. Not as nice looking as the new functionality but I’m sticking with it because I don’t want 360. Re: Upgrade to TV360 to get Sky Sports+ at no extra cost Thanks, it was back on one box (the main box) last night - it seems to cycle between being one and off, maybe there’s too many ‘tiles’ to display in the 4 spaces. Assuming that’s right, will both boxes still be able to record s they do currently? I have to admit, I’m struggling to understand the benefits of upgrading! I’m still not totally convinced that is correct information, I imagine I’ll find out next weekend. A lot of what I read about 360 makes me not want to upgrade. Re: Sky Sports+ After receiving different messages, I emailed Virgin and they emailed me back telling me I would be able to get the extra games on my V6 box. I think I’ll have to wait and see because I’m dubious but I really don’t want 360. Re: Virgin V6 box to TV 360, should I do it? Is it safe to say that those who haven’t had the email will be able to access the new Sky Sports offerings? I’ve got a V6 box but no email!
