Problem is on wifi devices only and randomly affecting everything chromebooks phones smart speakers firestick etc (and firestick sits within 6 inches of hub!) I'll look at setting up the monitor as suggested. Tbh I thought VM would have done this remotely however recent experience is showing me they aren't really interested in helping customers and problem resolution. Reposting as VM not responding I'm reposting an answer I gave to VM over a week ago and am receiving no response to. Pretty appalling customer service. Hi and thanks for your reply. I've checked and all cables are secure. I am not using a third party router. I've got a hub 3 which is a few years old. No red light on the front - it's white. I am having issues with all wireless devices. Android, IPhone, Google smart speakers, Chromebook and Windows laptop. All randomly disconnect. I reboot the hub and the devices but this does not always work. I have 2 pods which I also reboot when I reboot the hub. Can someone pick this up please. I'm getting constant disconnections and it's beyond a joke now. You can read the full details of my issues on my previous posts. Re: Connected no Internet Paul. In case you haven't read it here is my response to the questions I was asked (and received no response to ) so now hopefully you have everything you need to promptly resolve my issues. If you look at the threads you will actually see it was one of your agents replied twice and split the thread. You replied once to me and once to a response somebody else put. And I did come back to you. I actually replied to both of your responses in an attempt to ensure I got a reply. I have not received a reply to either of my responses and in the meantime I am continuing to have intermittent issues with my internet connection. So please. Could you have a look and resolve this. Thank you. Re: Connected no Internet Any chance of a reply to my message? Re: Connected no Internet Hi and thanks for your reply. I've checked and all cables are secure. Connected no Internet For the last 4 weeks I'm having random devices giving me a Connected no Internet message. Happening on phones, chromebooks, laptops and Google home devices. I have to reboot my hub sometimes twice a day with mixed success. Tried repositioning my router and made sure the signal isnt blocked. Could someone pick this up and look at it. Re: Connected No Internet (again!) Thanks for your reply Alessandro - I'd tried this when the problem happened previously and VM told me to disable channel optimisation. Connected No Internet (again!) I had this problem about a year ago and its happening again. random disconnections with "connected no internet" on any random device within the house. For example posting this I've disconnected twice and currently tethered to my mobile phone (this in spite of rebooting my hub about 30 mins ago). Getting worse by the day and has been going on for over 2 weeks now. I've not moved my hub and one of the devices (my Chromebook) is in the same room literally 2 feet from the hub. Also affecting my smart speakers. I'm on a Virgin hub 3.
