I have waited a couple of days before posting again, but it seems to have sorted itself out somehow. Aside from one single incident, my connection has been completely normal for the past 48 hours: I am pleased to have as Hub 5 now as I am finally getting the full ~1160Mbps on my main PC. Re: Continual disconnections - does this look right in any way? I did a pin-hole reset last night and it cleared for a little while (12am - 2am), but they have crept back in again albeit with more gaps this time. The large red block is where the hub grabbed a new IP Address while in Router mode after the reset. When I switched back to Modem mode it grabbed the old IP Address again. Re: Continual disconnections - does this look right in any way? Thank you for that. I'll have a word with my immediate neighbours and see if they have been seeing the same issues. Re: Continual disconnections - does this look right in any way? The engineer came promptly this morning and straight away swapped out my Hub 4 for a Hub 5. It has initially been much better for about 5 hours, but just in the last hour, the packet loss is back again: You can clearly see when the hub was swapped out at around 8:30 am. However, at 2:30pm-ish, they seem to be back. Upon checking the network log on the hub, it seems to coincide almost exactly with a "US Profile assignment change" (the rows in bold): Network Log Time Priority Description 24-10-2024 14:55:03 notice GUI Login Status - Login Success from LAN interface 24-10-2024 14:42:01 notice GUI Login Status - Login Success from LAN interface 24-10-2024 14:37:18 notice US profile assignment change. It seems to be very linked to the issue I have been experiencing. Re: Can't get a contract renewal to be confirmed - need some help My renewal has now been activated and I can see it in my account. I have also received a further confirmation email. Re: Can't get a contract renewal to be confirmed - need some help My renewal now seems to have been processed and activated. I can now see it in my account and received a further confirmation email. Re: Broadband upgrade I have just experienced the same issue. My order (a contract renewal) finally showed up on my account today. I ordered it 5 days ago. Clearly there is a processing period during which there's no way to verify your order for yourself. Re: Continual disconnections - does this look right in any way? Thanks for the suggestion. As it happens, I did actually already do that yesterday and it did briefly give me a slightly more usable connection for about 30 mins or so, but then it was straight back to the heavy packet loss. I have and engineer coming for a visit on Thursday, so hopefully something can be resolved then. I'll post here with any outcome. Re: Continual disconnections - does this look right in any way? It's difficult to tell as the connection is up and down every few minutes, so it would have disconnected more than once whilst I was copying and pasting the tables into my reply.
