Re: Cannot access my emails I'm having the same issue. Oddly enough I can still get access on my phone, just not my desktop. Have you tried another device? Blueyonder Email Address Not Working (Primary account) Bit of a strange one. My primary email address (a blueyonder one) is not working on my desktop. My secondary addresses (both virginmedia) are working fine. I keep getting asked to change my password on the primary account, but am unable to do this as when I click on the button I get this message; You can’t reset your password online right now, as you don’t have additional details set up on your account. To reset your password, please contact us and one of our team will help you. Everything works fine on my phone. I haven't contacted anyone about this yet as it all works ok on my phone so would prefer not to mess that up while I still have some access. Does anyone have any ideas? I have tried clearing cookies. This is through webmail, but Thunderbird is the same. I am a current Virgin customer. Thank you. Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 I put in a complaint yesterday, and have just been sent a reply telling me how to change my password. However, secondary accounts seem to work in Thunderbird & Outlook. If I sign out of the primary account, and sign in using the secondary emails then Webmail works fine too so I'd rather live with that for now than risk changing passwords/contacting support etc. and losing all access. Just to add, I clicked on the triangle and ! and "changed" the password to the same one, clicking on the "Ignore Warnings" button that popped up. Seems to work fine now though the triangle is still there. Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 I think I have a workaround. If your primary webmail account is working, it's possible to move or copy emails from secondary accounts on Thunderbird (which is working but slowly at times) to a folder in your main account on Webmail. Thunderbird also seems to be loading historic emails. Apologies if anyone is already doing this, or if it's blindingly obvious, it's taken me four days to discover this. Alternatively just use Thunderbird. Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 Still can't access secondary accounts using webmail, I'm still getting the exclamation mark in a triangle, though Thunderbird is working sporadically on desktop but not laptop, no idea why. Email is working on main account and one secondary account, which both come through the main Inbox. Is there a way of getting all emails to come through the main Inbox using webmail?
