I have just spoken to an agent after choosingoption 4 on the automated service " thinking of leaving us "and asked if I could speak to retentions , she told me no such department exsists. Virgin 360 I have had an email from VM on how to upgrade my V6 box to VM360 , do I take it that I decide when this happens .
