The one bar on the mobile has in the past still worked but when I had the issues I couldn’t open anything however as stated touch wood it’s currently working WiFi on mobile is dreadful The WiFi in my house appears to be working for everything but our mobile phones are only showing one bar and not responding at all. I have tried rebooting the box etc and running checks on the service but nothing is showing. This started yesterday. SolvedRe: Free tv apps won’t open That works, thank you so much Re: Free tv apps won’t open Im not able to swap the boxes around as I can’t get to the other one If I factory reset will it wipe my recordings as I have not watched everything and can’t remember also if it’s connection problems I don’t understand why Netflix etc still work just the normal tv ones that aren’t Re: Free tv apps won’t open Yes the apps have worked fine up until this week. The problem previously was with the other box that’s on the WiFi not this one which is cabled. Re: Free tv apps won’t open It’s connected up and the other apps like Netflix etc work just not the free tv apps that’s what is not making sense Free tv apps won’t open Everything is working on my box apart from the free tv apps (itv, channel 4 etc) they just open to a black screen and nothing else happens. I have rebooted the tv box and the broadband router and everything looks fine apart from this. Any ideas? SolvedRe: V360 box buffering on recordings So none of the suggestions have fixed anything with the 360 box it still won’t play the recordings without buffering so is my only option to run a cable through the house and not use wifi? It has worked for years fine. Re: V360 box buffering on recordings The pod and the app sorted themselves out just the buffering on the tv box on recordings but I can’t connect it via Ethernet so I’m stuck with it I guess Re: V360 box buffering on recordings I will just have to live with it then I guess as if it was next to the hub it would be connected by Ethernet it’s not as they are in different rooms
