I tried to log into virginmedia.com with my main virginmedia account email address that I have always used, and it told me it was an invalid address. So i set up the login using another gmail address and then I have managed to associate this with my Virginmedia and O2 accounts so that I can log into my account and see the details of my Virginmedia package. And now after 4 hours I can log into my online mailbox. But i still cant work out where i can go to reset the password for the other accounts i have registered. Hello I have had a virginmedia.com email address for years now. I use Outlook, Mac mail, Gmail app on my phone and other devices to access it OK and this works fine. I cant log into mail.virginmedia.com as I get a Forbidden 403 message. I have tried searching to find the answers but only find threads from 2022-3 which dont work. Can someone help me access my account online ? I also need to be able to reset the password of one of the other email accounts I have registered for my son but I have no idea now of how to do it.
