Engineer came a few hours ago, been moved over to digital which did catch us by surprise but all sorted in about 30 minutes, also got an emergency backup phone as well in case the internet goes down, which is very rare these days but you never know. Hi, Our home landline phone was working this morning but now there is no dial tone at all, been working fine for the last 2 years since we had the same problem and with the trouble with the call centre last i thought it best to post in here again.
