No programme recorded fully, it even went on 10 minutes after the end of the show and partially recorded the start of the next programme. Perhaps that's why it shows as partial. Weird but might explain the icon 360 recordings - icons and series options In my current recordings I have some with a 'shield' - I've worked out those are protected (although I didn't set them to not delete). I also have one in the list with a small circular red icon with like a chunk missing (looks like a pac man) - what does that indicate? On V6 I used to be able to amend a series recording so that if that show was on any channel it would record. Is that possible on 360, if so how. I'm trying to record rugby on TNT and looks like I have to find any matches across the 4 channels and set individual series links relevant to each channel - why can't it be set to record the same 'show' on any channel if matching the name. Re: 360 heart icons and channels not playing My apologies. Since that issue they have replaced my V6 boxes with new 360 boxes so this an all new set up. Do those 220+ channels need their respective apps installed to be able to watch them? They do list episodes when I do the info button, just don't play when I click on the live listed programme. Something I used to be able to do on the V6 boxes. However these are just for a few sports and film channels. If I go back to the standard shared profile to see all channels then the majority have the heart icon shown. Definitely not channels I have deliberately selected for my favourites profile. 'heart' symbol next to icon/channel name. Not all but most. What is the heart symbol for? Then down the list just below netflix and prime channels there are a load of channels that don't broadcast anything although they have a listing. I'm talking about channels 220 through to about 254. V6 downstairs (upstairs is fine) Boots, welcome, starting up. Then kept restarting every few mins. Left it overnight. Tried today and got message about being a new box, continued and recordings are there but have c133 error on screen. Went to settings to connect to virgin media service and saw unrecoverable error stated on page but went to connect anyway. All connects apart from 'loading info' which gets to 3% displays error 7400 and sorry seems to be a problem and then V6 reboots again. Done this over and over. Rang support and rebooted everything again and gave error code. Same things happened again. Support told me to turn off virgin router and V6 which then cut off the call. Rang me back and still same issue. Then asked me to disconnect ethernet and WPS connect from virgin router. At this point I said I'm running 3rd party router off of the virgin hub. Told me I need to go to 3rd party router support. But I said my router isn't going to be restarting my V6 box all the time but he said sorry can't help until I connect it direct to virgin hub. Everything else WiFi, 2nd V6 upstairs is fine running the way I have it. Restarted and connected downstairs to WiFi instead of ethernet and still same issue. Now I have nearly all channels greyed out and asking if I wish to subscribe to them. Something is wrong with this box not my router. V6 has just restarted itself once again while on WiFi now with C233 error. V6 upstairs is fine connected to virgin media service through same router with today's date of last attempt. Downstairs not connected and last success was on 12th Dec. Who can I raise this with now?
