I've signed out of vpn and rebooted and still get the 0 error. Best wishes. Issues with TV Go on ipad I have just installed TV Go on my Samsung phone and my iPad (registered 2 new devices, total devices 2) . Samsung phone works fine, can watch things, both live and box sets no problem. However can only see live stuff on iPad. First error message was "sorry we can't play this at the moment 11839. I closed app, shut iPad down, restarted and go error code 0 ! Still only able to view live TV. Any suggestions, whilst I have iPlayer, c4, now tv etc etc installed on iPad it would be nice to have this app running as it should! Any suggestions Forum!? Re: BBC iPlayer ending - TiVo box, v360 Thanks all, if my understanding of what Roger and Japitts have said is correct I may be better off just sticking with the v6 and the aging TiVo. BUT bring the v6 into the living room and put the TiVo in the other room. Re: BBC iPlayer ending - TiVo box, v360 Thanks! I'll do some thinking and a bit more reading. I've a 2nd box in my other room, V6, may just swap the 2 existing boxes over for now! BBC iPlayer ending - TiVo box, v360 I have just had the warning message on my aging TiVo box that BBC iPlayer won't be accessible on this box after 23July. To date I have yet to receive any emails from VM about this, and as a result any info on what my options are! Apparently a " “small proportion” of customers still using these old boxes (that are now more than 10 years old) are being offered an upgrade to the TV360 box at no extra cost. My question is - is it just a simple case of contacting VM and requesting the TV360 box regardless of whether I have received the email or not? (As far as I am aware my marketing/contact preferences are correct for emails! ) Any insight/assistance would be welcome! Re: Concerned Virgin.Net eMail Users Also have virgin.net email address due to be terminated BUT I have active services - broadband, tv and o2 volt. Please advise what can be done to keep my .net account. Concerned Virgin.Net eMail Users Have also received this email - long time virgin media customer with BB and TV (and o2 customer). Have a .net email AND an ntlworld email. Outrageous to get this email giving 30days notice, my .net email address has been in action over 20 years!!
