I selected the Netflix channel on my VM box and it has signed me in to an account that is not mine, already setup with previously watched items by the user. TV 360 box not working Why is the phone support so bad? 4 calls all ended as soon as I was switched to a member of the team. My 360 box has a fault, it is in a constant reboot loop. I get a download symbol occasionally then it restarts to the welcome screen, stays there for a couple of minutes and restarts again, then again, and again. every seven of eight attempts it pops up the download icon. Judging by the sounds it making I am guessing the hard drive is knackered. Any one help? Re: Thinking of leaving phone call I had a call back on Saturday, Lovely lass from Scotland. She confirmed that I had requested the disconnection in my original call. She proceeded to ask why I was leaving, at the end of it all I kept my package for another 18months and had a £7 reduction in price applied. Happy days.
