My problem is I can't get any advice beyond that point about whether my hub showing no lights at all is a separate issue to that? Hi - I have been going round in circles with chatbot and phone - maybe I can get an answer here! My internet stopped working earlier today - there was a solid red light on the hub so I restarted it. I also checked for outages in the area and there is one. estimated until 10pm this evening. However my hub has not come back on in the sense of no lights at all. I have unplugged and restarted a few times and nothing. My question is the outage in the area is probably a separate issue and I should still have lights on the hub? I dont want to wait until 10pm tonight to find out I need a new hub - if that is the case. Thanks for any help!
