Just Double check in My Virgin Media that TNT is showing up twice if you Have Two boxes also have you rebooted the box that is not showing TNT sports also try going into Help and settings on the box that has not got TNT then select help Then Virgin tv is showing scroll down to the bottom and refresh your channel list.on the menu If that still not sorting the issue you can call Customer Service from a Virgin line 15046Views0likes0CommentsRe: WiFi plan not showing on MyVirgin account
Hi Welcome to the forum firstly. It could be as you were only installed today the informaion about your broadband is not showing on your aacount yet sometimes there is a delay for it showing, You could also check on your account your contract with Virgin Media what package you have from x date to x date. it can take a couple of days to show up in my account section. I have noticed my IP address was changed to another one which I know it happens I only found out when I was doing a speediest app and the locations were no longer near me location comes up as Middlesbrough, United Kingdom not where i am on the South Coast. One site you can look up where your IP address is from was wrong and I was able to update that one to where I am I tried IP renew and release but that did not resolve anyone have any one with any ideas let me know many thanks DavidSolved891Views0likes7CommentsV360 Sky Sports +
This is what I have at the moment a V6 Box and a Tivo box I received an email saying to enjoy the benefits of Sky Sports + I would need a Box swap I think it must be my V6 box is one of the older ones and click the link to enter details what I wanted to ask is it easy to the self install update and would I need my tivo box to be changed. Hello If you give Virgin Media a call from your Virgin landline number 150 and speak to customer services and give them the details and they will look into this for you but I have read from other people having the same issues and once the speed was upgraded if you had a discount deals on your account some people had them removed which should not of happened and they had issues getting the discount put back on but with help of this group and the moderators managed to sort it out578Views0likes0Comments
