I switched my desktop cable round all the ports and only one is connecting. The rest are dead as doornails. I have reset the router as directed above and reset to factory settings and the situation remains. Therefore, I believe I need a new Hub. PS I am technically competent enough to switch it over myself, so I don't need an engineer to do it. Ta. Re: I need a new hub The Windows 10 PC is absolutely fine. The ethernet connection works when I plug into one of the ports (a specific one) but not any of the other ports. A replacement Hub would be nice. Ta. Re: I need a new hub A UPS is on my todo list :) Re: I need a new hub Yup, did all that. Re: I need a new hub The hub isn't in modem mode. The light on my surge protector that tells you it's working went out at the same time :( I need a new hub After a recent thunderstorm, I realised that all but one of the ethernet sockets on my Hub 3 are not working. I've restarted the Hub several times and reset it to factory settings after a full power down and restart. I've switched my desktop PC (which is ethernet connected) from socket to socket and I only get a network connection on one socket. WiFi seems ok. I am tech savvy enough to fit a new Hub if I could get sent one. Can one of the forum staff help? Thanks
