Some people in the thread I linked to above said they got updated to RDK_8.10.26-2309.3 and this resolved the issue for them. Everything is set up but I have an issue with the 2.5Gb port not working with my 2.5Gb unmanaged switch. I found lots of threads on this issue here, all dating from around 2 years ago (eg Issues with 2.5Gb Unmanaged Switch and 2.5Gb Port | Virgin Media Community - 5482857), describing the exact same issue I am experiencing. These issues arose when firmware LG-RDK_7.6.20-2306.5 was pushed out, and were apparently resolved with a later firmware update, RDK_8.10.26-2309.3. Having checked my device, I noticed it is still on LG-RDK_7.6.20-2306.5, which explains the issues I am having. I've tried rebooting the device, but it doesnt update itself. How can I get it to update to the latest firmware?
