Outside brown connection box
ĪHi, Is it virgin media policy to do very untidy repair jobs. My cover was damaged and the repair was no better. Somehow they found a secondhand cover that is badly scratched. They could not attach it correctly,so it is now held on with a black tie wrap. It does not look good at all. Need a new box and it needs to be fitted to the wall correctly
