As of today, I cannot log into Virgin Media main site, Virgin email, TV Go, the Virgin Meida link on Sky Sports doesn't work All these links are asking me to sign in with a pass key which I don't have. I've tried Firefox, same thing. Even the links on my phone no longer work I'm going to have to contact VM tomorrow and sort it out either on the phone or by chat Thanks Re: Virgin TV Go streaming Hi John, thanks for responding. I've installed Firefox but I'm having trouble actually accessing TV Go It keeps on asking for a passkey - which I haven't set up. I only ever log in via my email & password Any ideas? Thanks Re: Virgin TV Go streaming So seeing as nobody has a clue, it seems like I'm stuck with a service that doesn't work. What is so different about Windows 11 24H2 that could cause this? Re: Virgin TV Go streaming Anyone else have any suggestions? Re: Virgin TV Go streaming Hi, thanks for your reply I should have said, I always use MS Edge and do not have any other browsers installed Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling was already turned on. Turning it off made no difference after rebooting. Default High Performance GPU was set to "Let windows Decide". Switching to Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 made no difference after rebooting. Virgin TV Go streaming Hi all. I recently upgraded my Dell laptop to Win 11 Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.4946) For the first time since the upgrade, I've tried to watch live TV via Virgin TV Go but something isn't right Every TV channel I've tried exhibits the same "jerky" behaviour. This was working perfectly before the upgrade. BBC iPlayer works fine, as does viewing any sort of video content on Social Media sites Anyone have any idea? Thanks Re: Sky Sports Desktop Player Hi Sabrina. Thanks for responding I'm pleased to report that I did get it working eventually. I don't know what I did differently to all the other times, but it works now Thanks, Colin Sky Sports Desktop Player Hello everyone I recently had to reinstall Windows on my laptop which meant all my programs etc also had to be reinstalled I've got everything working again apart from the Sky Sports Desktop Player. This was working perfectly prior to reinstalling Windows I can log into the Virgin side of Sky Sports ok but when I go to Install the Desktop Player, it opens up the frame of the player, the whirling circle of death says "loading" but that's it. It never loads, and the cpu & fans go mental so I'm guessing it's in a loop of some sort. Any ideas people? Thanks Re: Sky Sports Ok Graham, I'm glad it's not just me. Thanks for your answer. Sky Sports Hi. I've been accessing Sky Sports via the Virgin Media login on my laptop for years. Tonight, it simply won't let me login. I keep on getting the message 504 Gateway Time-out Any idea what's causing this and how to remedy it? (I'm missing the football) Thanks
