Desktop Have you changed the POP settings? No What version of Outlook are you on? 1.2025.1027.200 (This is the New Outlook) Is it only Outlook this isn't working on? Yes Hope this helps! Re: Outlook won't connect to IMAP This happened to me about 2 weeks ago. Eventually, it came back all itself and was working fine - until today when it no longer downloads emails from Virgin. I can still access emails via Virgin's Webmail and on my Android phone, but not on Outlook So somebody has broken something again. Re: Outlook won't connect to IMAP Same issue here. Stopped working sometime on Friday, using New Outlook in Windows. Microsoft suggested a few things to try, but none of them worked but using Android seems to be ok. Logitech Harmony Not sure if this is the right forum, but here goes. For several years we have enjoyed full integration between Alexa and the Harmony Elite hub & remote. This recently stopped working as the skill was no longer enabled, and no matter what I tried, it would not me enable it again. At the time, I set it up on my old phone which was running Android 9 so I put it down to this, as Android have been dropping support for these old OS's I now have a new phone, running Android 16 but the kill will not enable I choose "enable skill", it prompts me to log into my Logitech account - which I've done, but now I get a message saying "Integration with Alexa requires a Logitech Harmony hub-based product." But I've got one. I'm looking at it right now, and I can control all aspects of it with the Harmony remote, it just won't integrate with Alexa. So, good people, any ideas? Thanks Re: Virgin TV Go streaming Hi John. I have all sorts of problems now. As of today, I cannot log into Virgin Media main site, Virgin email, TV Go, the Virgin Meida link on Sky Sports doesn't work All these links are asking me to sign in with a pass key which I don't have. I've tried Firefox, same thing. Even the links on my phone no longer work I'm going to have to contact VM tomorrow and sort it out either on the phone or by chat Thanks Re: Virgin TV Go streaming Hi John, thanks for responding. I've installed Firefox but I'm having trouble actually accessing TV Go It keeps on asking for a passkey - which I haven't set up. I only ever log in via my email & password Any ideas? Thanks Re: Virgin TV Go streaming So seeing as nobody has a clue, it seems like I'm stuck with a service that doesn't work. What is so different about Windows 11 24H2 that could cause this? Re: Virgin TV Go streaming Anyone else have any suggestions? Re: Virgin TV Go streaming Hi, thanks for your reply I should have said, I always use MS Edge and do not have any other browsers installed Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling was already turned on. Turning it off made no difference after rebooting. Default High Performance GPU was set to "Let windows Decide". Switching to Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 made no difference after rebooting. Virgin TV Go streaming Hi all. I recently upgraded my Dell laptop to Win 11 Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.4946) For the first time since the upgrade, I've tried to watch live TV via Virgin TV Go but something isn't right Every TV channel I've tried exhibits the same "jerky" behaviour. This was working perfectly before the upgrade. BBC iPlayer works fine, as does viewing any sort of video content on Social Media sites Anyone have any idea? Thanks
