Hi, trying to watch Chelsea v Man City on sky sports web site . It keeps stopping & pixelated & audio out of sync. Just done a speed test with my mobile on WiFi next to laptop it shows 372 MB. Where is the picture/ audio being slowed down ?. Any idea...

please add my account & my wife's sub- account to the problem list.wasted 20 minutes then again 15 minutes talking to 150 before being cut off while on hold.at least i can see vm has a major problem with e-mails.please can we have some help in resolv...
