I cancelled on 11.12.2025 I normally pay £55 My latest bill is £100. I will revive a final bill of £170 with a later rebate of £70 That's an extra charge of £45. Why am I being charged £100 instead of my normal £55 for my final in contract month? I'm not disputing the £70, I understand that's a bill for the month ahead that I will not use, which is refunded. There's no option to pair an additional remote in the menus so my Sofabaton remote is off the cards. What a mess! I doubt anyone has a solution as hours of searching solutions yields no working result, but I'm asking anyway. The status checker now days the 26th. Re: Upload low rate Hi, Molly. I've been checking the same site, and it says it will be fixed the same day, every day. It's a bit suspect that every day it changes to the fix being estimated as that same day. There's a fair bit of data that needs the proper upload speeds in my household. My son is a music and sound student and regularly uploads rich content. On top of that the constant errors are affecting online gaming. I believe I've been pretty patient but it's taking too long. There must be a more accurate description of the fault and the fix. It's strange it's only the upload that's affected. None of my friends in the same postal area are affected. Which makes me believe it's something more particular to my own household. Re: Upload low rate Just another update. Several reboots of the hub this morning and it's still slow on the upstream. QAM is still 32 on 3.1 and there's several T3 errors showing.
