Re: Upload low rate So can someone credit my account as I'm not getting anything near the advertised rate? Re: Upload low rate 30th September now. This will just keep going on and on. As said, friends in my area do not have this issue. I don't think it's related to my upload speed. Re: Upload low rate Surprise, surprise. The fix day has passed and the fault is still present. The status checker now days the 26th. Re: Upload low rate Hi, Molly. I've been checking the same site, and it says it will be fixed the same day, every day. It's a bit suspect that every day it changes to the fix being estimated as that same day. There's a fair bit of data that needs the proper upload speeds in my household. My son is a music and sound student and regularly uploads rich content. On top of that the constant errors are affecting online gaming. I believe I've been pretty patient but it's taking too long. There must be a more accurate description of the fault and the fix. It's strange it's only the upload that's affected. None of my friends in the same postal area are affected. Which makes me believe it's something more particular to my own household. Re: Upload low rate Just another update. Several reboots of the hub this morning and it's still slow on the upstream. QAM is still 32 on 3.1 and there's several T3 errors showing. Re: Upload low rate Hello, Daniel. Uploads are still slow, slightly slower on test at 11:30 pm at 20 up. DOCSIS 3.1 is still on QAM 32 Re: Upload low rate Hey, Thanks for replying. I guess I'll wait until a moderator arrives. Thanks. Upload low rate On 1gig. Uploads don't go past 30. Max transfer rate looks to be ok in the hub settings... In the 120 mill range ~. Up stream for docsis 3.1 QAM32. Should be 64? This all started over a week ago when I received a text saying the was a fault then my internet went down for a short while. It came back up and I received a text saying the issue was resolved. Downstream is fine but upload hasn't worked properly since. Status checker constantly says that there's a fault with BB and TV and that it will be fixed at 10pm of whatever day I check. So I don't really trust it. Could a forum mod member look into this for me, please? I really can't handle going through the routine standards of the phone support. I've rebooted and checked cables etc already. Thanks. Re: WiFi 6 Need Help Hi, In fairness it's not a fault, the hub is operating as intended. It's simply a case of WiFi speeds. To fully connect wirelessly to a PC the Meta Quest 3 requires an Ax WLAN connection. Ac works but extremely poorly, it simply can't keep up. The Quest headset stipulates WiFi 6 as a requirement for wireless PCVR. As suggested in this thread a separate Ax router would solve this. I was simply hoping I could be supplied with a Hub5 as routers are expensive.
