I was leaving in May, signed a deal with Vodaphone but last minute Virgin offered me a deal that was too good to refuse. (When?) you come to the end of your current deal shop around and see what deals are out there and talk to Virgin telling them you are thinking of switching. Hello. My contracts coming to an end and my renewal offers were not really cutting the mustard so I signed up to Vodafone through Vodafone's website. 150 download speed with a £150 voucher which I thought was pretty good. Now I signed the deal on the 12th of March with an installation date on the 11th April but apart from the initial immediate automatic email from Virgin acknowledging the potential switch I've heard nothing from them. Its now the 25th of March and there is nothing on my account to suggest its closing......is this normal? Hello, Its that time again where my contract is running out and I'm looking at switching to EE . I know switching is supposed be easier now ( One click and your new supplier takes care of the switchover ?) but does that apply to Virgin Media as well or do I have to jump through the usual hoops on the phone or will my new supplier cancel my vm contract for me ? cheers Mart378Views0likes3Comments
