Switching to a new supplier
Hello. My contracts coming to an end and my renewal offers were not really cutting the mustard so I signed up to Vodafone through Vodafone's website. 150 download speed with a £150 voucher which I thought was pretty good.
Now I signed the deal on the 12th of March with an installation date on the 11th April but apart from the initial immediate automatic email from Virgin acknowledging the potential switch I've heard nothing from them. Its now the 25th of March and there is nothing on my account to suggest its closing......is this normal? Received everything I need to know from Vodafone but from Virgin...silence?
