Hi Matthew Its the main account unsure of what a secondary account is - so sorry used to log in with vm e and password for both accnt and email but i think its all changed with something new to do with 02 ? I am checking what to do because i logged in with email for vm accnt and put password it then it came up with "add an back up emaill address" i didnt know what to do so i exit - looks like there are three steps i have to do before accesing email and accnt like before? Just abit lost and worried because i dont want to effect anything as its on behalf of my mum as i do tech side ( try my best) didnt know if i have to do this or is it a scam all abit lost so i really appericate your reply @Matthew_ML or can i use my email for that bit29Views0likes3CommentsBack up - verity it's you
Hi Just a quick question - went to sign into email it say's about adding an back up email? I am abit lost on whats happening i haven't done anything exit it - tried sign in accnt same thing does it matter what back up email you use? or has it got to link with the account holder? Hi David_Bn Thank you for your reply - Just a tad lost on wouldnt be able to plug phone into wall and extending cableing? - sorry if i am not techinal - do u mean we wont need to put the plug for it to work in the wall( Just put telephone one with the adapter when it gets sent to all - in the router) and we can only have the main Phone and not use the one upstairs in room via wall plug? i have tried to read upon but still lost Thank you so much for your time and more advice on this so we are prepaired on this when it happens789Views0likes0Comments
