My secondary email account doesn't appear on my account in Webmail and is not syncing in Outlook. I don't use my landline and when I try to reduce my BB from 350 (Volt) down to 125, while dropping my landline, I was offered a deal of £48pm. However if I keep my landline and current 350 I was offered a deal of £50pm! It just doesn't make any sense in the current cost of living crisis. I'm trying to reduce my bills and would pay VM £30 for the 125 but no chance of that happening! YouFibre are now offering 150 for £23.99pm and that will save me a fortune! I honestly can't complain about the VM service and I have been with them since Ntl days. Re: Secondary email account Hi Paul, Thanks for responding so quickly. My main VM email account used to be [REMOVED@ntlworld.com but out of nowhere this changed to what used to be my secondary email account - [REMOVED@ntlworld.com probably by action I took without realising what I had done. In any event I was still able to send and receive email by both accounts until quite recently when I couldn't find my email account, [REMOVED@ntlworld.com on Webmail. Can you help?
