I copied and pasted what I received and when I started to redact my email address, I noticed that a digit was missing. When I tried filling in a new email to test it again, for some reason the wrong email with the missing digit, filled itself in. I checked the delivery failures, and the email with the missing digit was there. No wonder they didn't arrive. (Insert red-faced emoji).Feeling a little embarrassed now. Thank you for your help. Re: Some emails are bouncing back I get some emails through but not others. If I send test emails to myself, sometimes they come through after an hour or so and sometimes it says it's undeliverable. Friends emails sometimes come through, sometimes they don't. So I have no idea what emails I've not received. Re: On and off problems receiving emails Also opened an old yahoo address to try. I did receive that one too. Seems the ntlworld one is picking and choosing which ones to receive. Re: On and off problems receiving emails I have now sent an email from my ntlworld email to myself but it was returned (to my ntlworld address) as 'Mail Delivery Failed'. I also sent one from my gmail account which did arrive in my ntlworld account. On and off problems receiving emails When I linked my Virginmedia and O2 accounts a few weeks ago, I stopped receiving ntlworld emails. After asking about it on here and help from someone through DMs, I eventually started getting emails again. Last week, I had none again for a couple of days, then they started again. Haven't had any again for 2 days but had a couple of notifications to say some had arrived but nothing there. I have just looked at 'settings', then 'account' and it says 'External email is only aggregated when you are logged into Webmail.' What does this mean? I usually have my inbox open all the time, but when I have signed out and back in again, I search Virginmedia in my browser, sign in and go to my inbox that way. I did leave a DM a few days ago but had no reply. Checking my inbox today, I do seem to be getting emails through now, but none of the ones I should have got over the last couple of weeks are there. The person who I was DMing didn't know whether I'd eventually get them or not. But, fingers crossed, the problem is fixed now and my emails won't stop again. Re: Still not getting emails through. So I've had a few emails trickling in but not the one from the NHS. I've no idea what else I was supposed to receive, but haven't. I'm gradually managing to let people know not to use my ntlworld address any more, and once I've contacted everyone, I'll be closing it and am considering leaving Virginmedia altogether. Re: Ntlworld issues I'm not using an app, can log in without any problem, can send ntlworld emails but haven't received any for days.
