I've got this Hello, You've created your Virgin Media O2 ID. You can now use your Virgin Media O2 ID to sign in to My Virgin Media and My O2. But I still can't bloody sign in! 😩😩

Also when I try to access the TV app so I can access the TV guide and record programs I'm having exactly the same issue Type my email in and it reports this email isn't valid Looked at the help pages but no joy there either 😕

Replies to your queries Yes I have virgin broadband here plus the virgin box Yes I'm using an email app to service my emails These days the error message is usually "This Virgin Media email address isn’t valid ". Are you seeing something different? That is the one I see! Cheers Phil.

I've got a very old ntlworld email and want to change the password but nothing works even says my email isn't about. But I recieve email OK and can send email. What can I do to change the password please? As I wish to put my email account on another device. Cheers Phil
