A reboot got it working but I never got the recordings back. Today, mine thinks it's full despite me deleting loads of stuff from it. The previous software on the box was much more reliable. 360 box unable to record I noticed last night that a few things I'd set to record had question marks within the red circle. A further check showed the box was full. I deleted a load of stuff from it and it's still showing as full. I thought it was supposed to hold 500 hours. The planner won't load, my recordings have all vanished, and the apps won't load. My broadband appears to be fine, and the apps are all working on my telly. It's been turned off and I've reset my hub to no avail. Any ideas? Solved
