Why on earth has this been changed?? Re: Blueyonder But the password that I used a few days ago doesn't work to log on to webmail anymore? I don't understand. I've also tried multiple other passwords that I've used in all this confusion with the whole different email address for the VM account mangement, etc. - none of them work either. The whole "protecting your account" has become stupidly ridiculous that we can't even get into our own accounts. Re: Blueyonder The annoying thing is that I can access my email through Outlook or Gmail on my phone. My password works fine on my phone (Gmail) and my laptop (Outlook), but it tells me the password is wrong on webmail. Re: Blueyonder Mine is. Re: Blueyonder I'm unable to access my blueyonder email with the same problem - it doesn't recognize my password. This has to be an issue on their end. Passing the buck to you by requesting you pay for a gadget is unacceptable. Re: Help - password change That's going to be a huge nightmare. Do you have ANY idea how many different services I have signed into using one of just my two VM email addresses? Then my husband has one, as do my son and daughter. I don't even know how many services I've used these email addresses on!! Re: Help - password change We have multiple email addresses on VM. Are we meant to have multiple OTHER email addresses to access these accounts? It does not make sense. Re: Help - password change Ok - someone please explain to me why I had to put another email address to change my password from within my Virgin Media account, which then changed my login email address?? Make it make sense! I have managed to log in using my Gmail address. Also, I can't change it back to my blueyonder email address!! Re: Help - password change Tried a third time and same thing. It doesn't recognize the password! This has got to be the absolute worst user interface ever. Help - password change So, we received a letter from Virgin telling us to change our password, etc. I have now changed it TWICE - and both times, the exact password I changed it to does not work!! What on earth is going on here? It's the exact password. I haven't typed it in - I've copied it or added it from my password manager and it's not recognized and I can't log in now! I had this problem the last time I had to change my password. It's beyond ridiculous!
