But the password that I used a few days ago doesn't work to log on to webmail anymore? I don't understand. I've also tried multiple other passwords that I've used in all this confusion with the whole different email address for the VM account mangement, etc. - none of them work either. That's going to be a huge nightmare. Do you have ANY idea how many different services I have signed into using one of just my two VM email addresses? Ok - someone please explain to me why I had to put another email address to change my password from within my Virgin Media account, which then changed my login email address?? Make it make sense! So, we received a letter from Virgin telling us to change our password, etc. I have now changed it TWICE - and both times, the exact password I changed it to does not work!! What on earth is going on here? It's the exact password. I haven't typed it in - I've copied it or added it from my password manager and it's not recognized and I can't log in now!
