I received a reply but unfortunately the emails were deleted accidentally. Since then I have reached out by email on the 26th November and the 28th November with no response. I even raised a second complaint and still received no acknowledgement. I know it is my fault that the emails were deleted, but I am unable to respond to the proposed solution because no one will send me the information again. The reason I mentioned the 360 and not wanting to upgrade is because I keep being ‘pushed’ towards it, not because I thought it was connected. 😁 Every Late Night Recording Is Pixelated My Samsung TiVo works great, unless it is recording during the early hours. It records Doc, and all the Chicago series around the 2am screenings and nine times out of ten the lower half of the screen is pixelated. Never an issue when watching live tv as it is broadcast. I don’t want to upgrade - I actually returned the 360 kit as I wasn’t planning on moving out to make room for it! Suggestions?
