The agent mentioned about changing netflix settings on her VM account but the option was not there so a form had to be filled out and its now a waiting game netflix hacking...is it common? how many people have their netflix accounts hacked when its apart of their package?? my partners and now sister netflix accounts have both been hacked and its apart of the package via virgin media. i have it but never use it as its rubbish - but seems strange they both use it and both have been hacked within 2 days of each other. security vulnerability in VM system somewhere maybe??
