I was text messaged a contract which i signed and has been uploaded (03100003363168). However this contract hasn't been uploaded onto the website. I also never received an email with a confirmation. My old contract has now expired and the website is showing that all of my discounts have run out and my bill is nearly £200. Whenever i log in, i keep getting prompts to "renew now" etc From reading the other posts it appears that there was about a seven day delay in some getting added, however mine is now over two weeks. I was wondering whether someone can have a look and confirm that my new contract is actually in place, and get it added to the website. Thanks Matt Relocate external cable Good Evening I currently have a cable running through my garage to the back of my house and into a VM box in my kitchen. However, i am due to be having my garage converted and the VM cable will need moving. I have been on the VM website and cannot find any option to arrange this. I believe there may be a £25 fee, which i am happy with. Could one of the admins please send me a note so i can try and book someone in.
