Had an email saying I had to upgrade. Filled out the online form, the remotes turned up a few days ago. Suddenly with no warning one box upgraded then overnight it looks like the second box has tried to updated but has failed as above. Hi We have two boxes, one upgraded fine last night, no problems. The other in my Father-in-laws room is just blank. We just get no signal on the screen. Tried powering off/on and tried a hard reset using power & minus volume button but same. It's just sat there with a red light on the box and nothing else. What do we do now?
