I Think you are missing the point, its not that there are logs from 1970, it the fact that they are displayed differently depending on where you read them from. If you look at the network logs from tools sub menu once logged into hub 4. It shows the full date and time (01/01/1970 00:01:25) But if you look at the same logs from just the Check status shortcut on the hub 5 login page, it only shows "Thurs Jan". I have tried different browsers, cleared cache, and done a 30 sec pinhole reset, but still the same. Re: A bit unstable the last couple of days So here we are 6 weeks later. I have had three engineers, two hub 5's and a hub 4, and still getting re-boots every Tues, Weds and Thurs Morning between 2:00am-2:50am. The issue is my internet is tied to my security system, and they keep sending me alerts in the middle of the night saying my alarm system is offline. Not sure what to do next. Re: hub 4 network logs. still the same. some logs are showing date of 01/01/1970, and if you view the logs from the login screen they just say "Thur Jan" network log viewed from tools menu logged into hub. Network log when viewed from login page without logging into hub if done a pinhole hard reset, but not made any difference. Re: hub 4 network logs. The weird thing is if I log into the Hub 4, then got to advanced settings/tools/service status that shows the correct info. Its only messed up if I check the status from the login page. Network Log from Network status once logged into hub 4 Network log just from clicking "Check router status" on the login page hub 4 network logs. Engineer came yesterday and swapped out my Hub 5 for a Hub 4, as I was having re-booting issues. I noticed this morning when checking the Network logs, that the date and time stamps are all messed up. the power levels and SNR levels are also showing to 6 decimal places and the upstream channel type is showing something weird. I have done a hardware pinhole reset (holding for 60 secs), tried various browsers, and devices, but they all show the same thing. Is this normal for a Hub 4 ? Re: Hub 3.0 rebooting at 2am So Tues Morning and reboot happened again @ 02:04am This is not down to the Hub, as Im on my 2nd Hub 5, and had an engineer in a couple of weeks ago, who re-cabled and re-did all the connectors, and checked the power levels. Ive another engineer coming tomorrow, but not sure what he can do. Re: Hub 5 rebooting every night. Hi did you get your reboot issue sorted as my hub 5 is doing the exact same thing. If you look at the dates, its every Tues, Weds and Thurs morning between 02:00-02:30am. Re: Hub 3.0 rebooting at 2am Mine always does it Tues, Weds and Thurs Mornings between 2:00 and 2:50am Re: loss of connection every night at 1.4am yeah i know now. Put it in router mode and it still rebooted. It has to be some kind of network issue, as I have had two hub 5's now, all cables and connectors were replaced, engineer checked power levels and said all ok. but still every Tues, Weds and Thurs morning between 2:00-2:50am the hub 5 reboots with message "Cable Modem Reboot because of - unknown" Re: Hub 3.0 rebooting at 2am what does the Hub log say is the reason for the reboot. Mine always say "Cable Modem Reboot because of - unknown" No reboot this morning, but if the pattern continues the next re-boot will be Tues Morning between 2-3am VM has to be doing something with the network, or has switches with auto reboot timers, which intern causes the hubs to reboot.
