I had problems like this for 22 months with two repulls (the first was the wrong size cable the second had the cable ends bodged on and did not work) and it took I think 13 or 14 visits from engineers until I finally got one who could disagnose and fix the problem in the cabinet in the end.. Re: Channel 525 sound I have ongoing issues and reported them three years ago now.. other people have the same and only with tnt ultimate. On bother boxes one through an amp.and another through tv. Changing channels and going back sometimes fixes it. Others have reported changing the audio stream seems to fix it but does not for ne. Re: Tivo lost connection I had this problem once but only one direction and after about 20 minutes. Changed cables and did notmmake.a difference. I had the one box replaced and it went away steady ever since. I put it down to perhaps a hear problem with the ethernet socket. I need time to make a note of my hundreds of series links unless you can guarantee that I can copy them back. I have already amended the booking that was made without me actually speaking to you. I am on holiday next week so not sure of my movements but I want to know about series links please as you used to be able to copy from replaced boxes using a Web link and we need to watch the stuff recorded on that one not on the other because if it is replaced I will loose all those recordings.. Not very often but when I go into the room the sure sign is that the box is on when it should be off. Could someone take a look at the box for me and let me know whether it needs replacement and if it does whether I need to photograph hundreds of series links or I can copy them using a web link still? Re: Pre and Post RS Errors after Upgrade Prepare for a long drawn out process. The first you will be asked to do is go back into router mode to not use your own equipment so they can do 'tests' that will probably come back as you have a great connection. so do that now to prevent more delay and also check it is not your router causing issue (unlikely) Re: Hub 5 randomly drops internet weekly – any fix for this?
