I'd like to see them provide the evidence that they communicated it to any of us Re: Sending to my ntlworld email bounces with recipient's domain does not exist - [logged under F011775373] Still a problem at 4.10pm Re: Call blocking not working on handset FWIW, My Panasonic DECT Phone with automated call blocking stopped working as expected immediately after the switchover. I suspect this is due to having Voicemail enabled as part of the switchover (it wasn't enabled on my original Virgin landline). Any calls that would normally have been intercepted by the Panasonic Phone seem to be directed straight to voicemail. Any calls that would have been allowed by the call blocker are still being routed through. I've requested that voicemail is disabled on my line (The Panasonic has an answerphone so don't need it) and fingers crossed this will resolve the issue. I'll keep people posted! Re: UPS for Superhub 5 I have my hub (as well as some other equipment) running on a UPS. The only thing I would caution against is the fact that while your hub may continue to work on battery, there's no guarantee that broadband service will continue to work. It would appear that the cabinet that serves my connection isn't on a UPS so if I suffer a power outage, more often or not, the entire neighbourhood (along with the comms cabinet) loses power too so I end up without Internet access. The engineer who swapped my service over to a SuperHub based landline yesterday suggested it could be an issue.
