This is their twitter response 🙄 I am sorry bally12345 but we do require the Hub to be in router mode for at least 24 hours so that updates can process and we can monitor connection. Without this we cannot confirm that the completed work has not improved the upload as the full updates are not being allowed to process. I have no intention of reconfiuring my network to use thier superhub, Everything is wired through my Unifi Dream Machine SE including my wireless access point which currently has 38 wireless devices. I could enable the wifi on their hub with the same SSID and Pass but I know for a fact the signal will not reach half of my devices as my SH5 is in a basment below a block and beam concrete ceiling. Which means my current setup will have no connection and all my devices will be offline as nothing is connected or configured to go through their hub! Raised complaint with ofcom, running around in circles! Almost a month gone by and they took full payment out which wound me up even more. Contact IDnet to see what the monthly tarrifs look like and get FTTP installed. Will probably dual run both connections and claim it back from ofcom if possible as they wont let me out of contract at moment.
