My tv won’t stay turned off
Had 360 installed yesterday on two boxes. The one in my bedroom is fine when I turn the tv off the main smart tv starts up again on it’s own and I have to turn the tv off and the 360 box. I phoned this morning and the gentleman said my new contract with 360 was cancelled. I asked for written confirmation. I then got an email saying thanks for having the 360 box.
