I've logged into my virginmedia but the page allowing me to order a second wifi pod doesn't seem to work. How do I go about ordering another pod to improve this? Re: HUB 4 UI unresponsive The main problem I have is that wifi has recently become very unstable and I cant seem to find a way to fix it. Anything connected to the hub by ethernet cable seems to work perfectly. I have tried switching the hub off and on a few times and even a factory reset but it still hasn't fixed the problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the VM Connect app on my iphone as suggested but when running the app, it just says it cant find my Hub 4. I've also tried to log into the Hub on 192.168.0.1. The login screen appears but after entering the password, the screen just goes white and after some minutes, returns me to the login page . I've tried this on both my laptop and deskop PC using both Edge and Google Chrome but with the same result. Re: HUB 4 UI unresponsive I’m having exactly the same problem. Carried out factory reset and now cannot access the settings of my Hub4 with the UI. Also in an endless loop of optimising Wi-Fi in my iOS app. Can you look into this for me as well please? I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app so guess I must now have the latest version on my iPhone and still the problem persists.
