Disregarding that the ITVX App is the slowest, clunkiest app, the missus wants to watch this Loose Women Talkathon, which is advertised as now on ITVX. A bit of exploring and apparently there's meant to be an icon between Home and Film on the left hand side, which gives me access to Live TV, which isn't present on the ITVX App on my V6 box. We also have two V6 boxes (as elderly relatives live in the same house, with their own V6 box). What we have at the moment is ideal, as they can record their 'old people programs' and we don't know, or care, what they are, but with the V360 box it appears as if we will, and it will interfere with what we record and delete. From what I understand with the V360 box, some of the lost features are IMO unnecessary ones anyway that don't provide much benefit, but to have the main V360 box holding the recordings means we'll be stuck scrolling through 50% capacity of wildlife documentaries to find what we want, and in the rare event where we watch the same program, it could easily get deleted before both have watched it. All in all it seems like a massive backward step. Re: Playing Trigger Point From ITVX. Weirdly, we have a second V6 box in another room, and it goes into S1E5 without a problem. Playing Trigger Point I'm trying to play any season one episode from ITVX, I select the episode and the screen goes black. That's it, no episode ever starts. I've pressed pause and play and it pauses and plays, but doesn't actually play anything. Re: New hub 5 WiFi pods Hi The hub now doesn't see the pod at all (I tried uninstall and reinstall and it disappeared completely). Would I be right in saying that contacting the team is via Whatsapp? I've just found that after going round in circles on your website for a while. Re: New hub 5 WiFi pods Hi, and no. The pod is currently plugged in, in the same room as the hub5. The app shows the Hub and the pod, the pod has an exclamation mark against it. If I click on it, it says something went wrong, but DOES show the pod serial number. If I then click "Install again" I get a message saying that it is installing and should take 2-4 minutes, but then eventually comes back and says it could not find the pod. I have tried moving it elsewhere but get the same result.
